agree to what follows.

## Terms of Use

- **Using Dispatch** — we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable
licence to use Dispatch for its intended purpose. Do not misuse the service or
use it to record people unlawfully; you are responsible for obtaining any
consent the law requires before recording.
- **The waitlist** — joining is an expression of interest, not a purchase or a
guarantee of access. You can ask us to remove your email at any time.
- **Intellectual property** — the Dispatch name, app, website, and content are
ours or our licensors'. Your recordings and transcripts remain yours.
- **Disclaimer** — the service is provided "as is", without warranties. We do not
guarantee it is uninterrupted, error-free, or that transcription is accurate.
- **Limitation of liability** — to the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not
liable for indirect or consequential damages or loss of data. Keep your own
  backups of important recordings.
- **Governing law** — these terms are governed by the laws of [your jurisdiction].

## Cookie Policy

Dispatch sets **no** analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking cookies.

- **Consent preference** — when you choose "Accept" or "Decline" in the cookie
banner, that single choice is stored in your browser's local storage so we do
not ask again. It contains no personal data and is never sent to a server.

You can change your choice any time using the Cookie preferences control in the
